Overview

RELAY Public Programs is a community platform operated by Relay Santa Fe that connects people who want to request programs with people who want to propose and facilitate them. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By signing in, you confirm that the email address you provide is yours and that you are authorized to use it.

Your Content

You are responsible for all content you post, including program proposals, program requests, and profile information. By submitting content, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Relay Santa Fe a non-exclusive license to display it on this platform.

Ticketed Events and Fees

No purchases happen on this platform (at this time). When a program proposal reaches 10 community votes, RELAY x Apparatus staff review it, confirm space and fit, and green-light it. Green-lit programs are ticketed through the Relay website.

Program proposals may be free, suggested donation, or paid with a ticket price set by the facilitator. For paid programs: after tax, the facilitator receives 60% of ticket sales. Relay and Apparatus take 40%, which covers the space and amenities. Relay absorbs all payment processing fees - they are never deducted from the facilitator’s share. Facilitators are paid out after their event.

Paid programs run at RELAY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9am to 9pm, at 2873 All Trades Rd, Studio B, Santa Fe NM 87507. Free programs run Sundays, 10am to 8pm, part of The Burrito Brigade's residency.

RELAY may also host other longer-term programming or artist residencies. These typically run alongside public programs, but on occasion one takes precedence and a given week is set aside for it instead of public programs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory. You agree not to use the platform to spam other members or to submit content unrelated to community programming. All posts and programs must follow the Program Guidelines, which cover what we support, what we do not host on public program days, and who this platform is for. Relay Santa Fe reserves the right to hide, remove, or moderate any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Relay Santa Fe does not guarantee that sessions posted here will occur, that any particular number of attendees will enroll, or that the platform will be available without interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
